Dariusz Kaca
Dariusz Kaca is a recognized Polish printmaker and Professor of Fine Arts, currently serving as Head of the Woodcut and Artist’s Book Studio at the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Born in 1960 in Kutno, Poland, he has been actively engaged in the international printmaking scene for many years.
Artistic Practice
Kaca specializes in relief printmaking techniques, particularly woodcut and linocut. His creative process is entirely self-directed: from the initial concept and the carving of the matrix to the final printing stage. He places strong emphasis on both artistic integrity and technical excellence, printing his works on high-quality papers using professional inks.
